Commitment

Prices do not include taxes. The price is for a full calendar month, regardless of how many days are within that month. You can request to cancel the service anytime ("no contract"), but the service will be terminated, regardless if it's used or not, in the last day of that month.

GOOD FOR

Anyone located in a select list of datacenters in US and EU, including Voxility's hardware and colocation customers. which needs Internet access and doesn't have an AS number.

PURPOSE

Essential service to make your equipment available on Internet, either for production or, in some cases, to remotely access management ports of equipment (ex: ILO, IPMI etc).

Anti-DDoS is offered for free when is used occasionally.

DESCRIPTION

It enables the Internet access for all equipment connected to Voxility network ports from o location, which is typically the case for customers using Dedicated Servers, Switches & Routers, 10U or 20U colocation spaces.

For customers using Full Rack Cabinets or those located outside our colocation spaces, a physical single-mode fiber it is a required prerequisite. You can order such a conection using our Cross-connects section or from your colocation provider.

If your equipment is physically located in different datacenters, you must order this service for each location.

This service doesn't work without IP Addresses that must be ordered afterward. You also have the choice to use your own prefixes which will be routed under our AS 3223.

Maximum Bandwidth

The maximum bandwidth you would ever need to receive or send traffic to the Internet from all your devices at once. While you are able to go above this threshold, if you do this frequently, we would ask you to upgrade the estimate, which in turn requires to change how you pay for the bandwidth.

Uptime

Internet Access 99,9% Uptime Guarantee (including maintenances) Might result in a total of 2h loss of connectivity in a quarter. We start measuring a failure when most of the Internet is not reachable via this service. It includes downtimes caused by maintenances, technician mistakes, equipment failure etc. Failures of the cables (cross-connects) used to connect to this service are subject of a different SLA and do not count as a failure. Maintenance (like software upgrades) or other operational mistakes will result in outages. Maintenance typically lasts 15 minutes and it is planned. When the uptime guarantee for a calendar quarter is not met we will credit back your account as follows: 1 month of this service price for 99.2% or better uptime; 2 months of this service price for uptime of 99% or better; 3 months of this service price for less than 99%. Excluded from any uptime compensations are Force Majeur and downtime caused by customer actions or abuse of the service.	-	-

1 Tbps DDoS protection During an attack traffic is redirected for filtering. We handle volumetric DDoS attacks up to 1 Tbps as well as application specific layer7 automatically. There is no limit of how many attacks you receive per month or how large they are.	-	+$1512.00
1 Tbps DDoS protection for occasional use In a calendar month the protection filters the first 2 waves of DDoS attacks. A wave is any kind of attack targeting any IP in your infrastructure for up to 3 days. The filter will block the attacked IPs for the following waves of attacks detected within same calendar month. We will handle volumetric DDoS attacks up to 1 Tbps as well as application specific layer7.	-	-
