2 x 32A / 220V redundant power lines – Each line is sourced from a different UPS and has its own circuit breaker that triggers when the line 32A rating is reached. – Power lines are installed close enough to rack cabinet to allow PDUs to be connected with their own cable. The PDUs, ideally, should have the same Voltage and Amperage rating as the lines. If they don’t, they must be equipped with circuit breakers from the factory. – Each power line has a single IEC 60309 (formerly known as IEC309) 32A 2P+E receptacle that allows to connect one PDU per line. – Equipment installed in rack cabinet ideally would have two power sources, each one connected to a different power line to achieve power redundancy. – Equipment with one power source should be connected balanced between power lines and they will not be protected against one line power failures.	-	-

This is equivalent to using 10285 watts of primary server sources at 35% capacity - Going above the committed power draw may result in excessive usage fees until this power consumption plan is upgraded (Each additional 0,1 kVA power draw above 5 kVA included is charged monthly with an excessive usage fee of: $77.61/0,1 kVA)	-	+$595.01
6 kVA maximum power draw from all power lines installed in full rack cabinet - A power draw of 6 kVA is approximately equal to a current of 26A at 230V or 27.3A at 220V, resulting in a power consumption of 4320 kWh per month. This is equivalent to using 12342 watts of primary server sources at 35% capacity - Even if each power line or all power lines combined can support a higher power draw, the data center does not allow it due to several reasons: a) the UPS provisioned capacity cannot handle a higher power draw, b) there would be a loss of redundancy in case load moves to a single line due to one line power failure, c) the cooling provisioned capacity for this rack cabinet would be exceeded - Going above the power draw threshold can put you at risk of power disconnection - It is recommended to draw almost the entire power allowed under normal usage conditions and configure the equipment to start randomly at power-up. This will avoid power-on spikes that might trigger the circuit breakers	-	+$1190.02

Standard SLA for a Colocation service. 'Remote hands' This SLA assumes the equipment is installed by customer and works well, no hardware changes are expected and only occasional simple emergency requests might be required. Standard SLA includes unlimited number of requests for power cycles, visual inspection of equipment, access to a shared remote KVM along with very simple tasks for hot-plug components or cables like 'plug / unplug' or 'take .. from .. and replace .. '. The SLA does not cover installation/removal/replacement of non-hot plug components or any hardware or software troubleshooting. Requests under this SLA are executed first come, first served by 24/7 on-site datacenter personnel under the assumption they are 'urgent'. Under normal operation conditions such requests are executed in less than 30 minutes, but no guarantee is provided. (On-site support not included in Standard SLA is charged: $54.00/Hour)	-	-
Expert SLA for a Colocation service. 'Remote Hands and Expert Installation' This SLA covers two batches of equipment physical installation in rack cabinet at a agreed date and later, packaging and shipping. Cost of packaging material, shipping and import/export duties are charged separately. It also covers expert cabling of Internet, private, management and out-of-band networks and the cost of all UTP cables and patches. It doesn't cover fiber and twinaxl patches that must be purchased separately. The Expert SLA includes software configuration of ILO / DRAC / IMM management ports and troubleshooting to power up the equipment. The post-install maintenance includes unlimited number of requests for power cycles, visual inspection of equipment, access to a shared remote KVM along with very simple tasks for hot-plug components or cables like 'plug / unplug' or 'take .. from .. and replace .. '. The SLA does not cover installation/removal/replacement of non-hot plug components or any troubleshooting outside the two initial installation/removal batches. Single-mode Fiber Patch Panel frame supporting a combination of SC or LC connectors through smaller ODF modules that are installed as needed. - It occupies 1 rack unit and typically accommodates 4 small ODF modules. First ODF is installed with the first cross-connect delivered. - When only LC connectors are used, it can support up to 24 single mode fiber pairs (4 ODF modules of 6 pairs each). - If SC connectors are required, the total fiber pair count is 12 (4 ODF modules of 3 pairs each). - Cross connects will be expedited by utilizing available ports in already installed ODF modules. - Voxility suggests using modules with SC connectors for best cable compatibility.	-	-
