Main responsibilities...

Ensure Voxility's legal compliance

Ensure company compliance with current and future national, European and foreign legal provisions applicable to Voxility and its commercial operations
Reduce legal risks arising from Voxility's contractual relationships through direct interventions in associated documents
Monitor legislative changes and apply within organization relevant changes
Write and implement procedures regarding Voxility's structure, activities, authorizations and licenses
Research (and advise on) any legal matter

Manage legal documentation and contracts

Draft, review and amend contracts, corporate documents, legal requests, notices and other legal documentation of Voxility and associated entities
Review documents related to Voxility's legal relationships with clients, suppliers and other third parties
Participate in the contract approval and administration process through Voxility's internal systems
Regularly update Voxility's internal processes and procedures regarding legal risks, contracts, client and supplier verification and acceptance
Assist and represent Voxility during meetings and negotiations with contractual partners
Prepare reports, legal opinions and recommendations for Voxility
Attend industry events to meet current and potential customers

Ensure employment, data protection and intellectual property compliance

Provide legal support to the HR department regarding the conclusion, amendment and termination of employment and collaboration agreements
Veto Voxility's actions and decisions to ensure compliance with the Labour Code and applicable national, European and foreign legislation
Regularly update the internal regulations and other internal rules and procedures
Ensure the protection of Voxility's databases and intellectual property rights under applicable national, European and foreign legislation
Ensure compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and develop the required internal procedures, forms and contractual annexes
Represent and defend Voxility before national, European and foreign authorities in matters related to the lawful processing of personal data

Represent and defend Voxility's interests and its personnel

Assist and represent Voxility and its personnel before courts, arbitration and jurisdictional bodies, investigation and prosecution authorities, notaries and bailiffs
Prepare, submit and support requests, notifications, statements, petitions and other legal documents on behalf of Voxility and its personnel, both in Romania and abroad
Investigate complaints and notifications from third parties regarding potential legal violations committed by Voxility's clients through the use of Voxility's network
Prepare responses and defenses in relation to such complaints and investigations
Assist and represent Voxility and its personnel in any legal matter or situation at the company's request
Initiate and conduct negotiations with Voxility's partners and opposing parties to obtain advantageous contractual or financial terms, subject to the approval of Voxility's legal administrator

Trademarks in Romania and abroad

Protect Voxility and associated entities trademarks through legal actions including cease-and-desist correspondence and enforcement actions
Handle registration and renewal process

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

YOU WOULD BE A GREAT FIT IF

It is essential to identify yourself as the person having all the following traits

You have experience in commercial and corporate law, with solid knowledge of employment law, GDPR, intellectual property and litigation
You are experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, including with international clients and suppliers
You are familiar with working in an international business environment and dealing with foreign authorities
You are comfortable working independently and managing several legal matters at the same time
You approach legal challenges with a “how can we make this work?” mindset rather than simply saying “this cannot be done”
You are a strong negotiator and communicator, able to turn complex legal matters into clear, practical advice for non-legal teams
You are pragmatic, proactive and well-organized, with good judgment when making decisions under pressure
You possess a good command of the English language
