Main responsibilities...

Keep customers happy

Act as a customer advocate within the company
Resolve customer requests within our organization's business rules
Manage account information and documentation
Create custom quotes tailored to the particular requirements of customers
Negotiate renewals to maintain customer relationships for an additional period
Confirm orders to be accurately placed, delivered within the estimated time of arrival, and correctly invoiced
Keep track of billing and technical cases to ensure a correct and prompt resolution
Be available to provide assistance when the customer urgently requires attention

Increase the subscription stock

Upsell services to our Paying Accounts
Win back lost customers
Convert New, Ghost, and Orphaned Accounts
Present Voxility services professionally and effectively
Collaborate with Business Development on shared accounts
Collaborate with Referral Sales Partners to convert referrals
Attend industry events to meet current and potential customers

Enhance productivity and service quality

Support fellow Account Management team members as needed
Contribute to team projects and initiatives
Recommend procedural changes to improve work methods to the direct manager
Ensure company values are upheld in all interactions, both internally and with customers
Fulfill any additional tasks assigned by the direct superior in alignment with departmental strategies
Offer feedback to superiors on services and products, competitors, and market trends

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

YOU WOULD BE A GREAT FIT IF

You have exceptional command of English; proficiency in one or more additional European languages is highly desirable
You have at least 2-3 years in jobs which imply Customer Service/Call Center/Engineering Presales/Account Management

+12% Starting month 10

At least 5% annual increases afterward subject of your good reviews
Work performed at night or on weekends is paid significantly more in addition to your base salary
