RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop job postings that accurately reflect the role's requirements and our company's culture.
Implement the recruitment and selection plans; strategically plans ahead by assuring a constant pipeline of candidates for both technical and support functions.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative means.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit with our organization.
Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate feedback, and extending job offers.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, external vendors and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
THE SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting top talent.
Knowledge of the IT recruitment industry is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Proven experience working in recruitment (at least 2+ years of experience)
